Zamin.uz was built from scratch in 2014 and is still run by our team. In 2015 the portal took second place at Uzbekistan’s National Internet Award. Its articles have been read more than 155 million times.
In 2026 the frontend moved from a legacy CMS to Next.js with zero downtime: the new version starts on a separate port, passes a health check, and only then receives traffic. The whole archive is in the sitemap, and pages are cached at the Cloudflare edge.
The newsroom admin panel, automatic posting to Telegram channels, push notifications and mobile apps all run on one database.
